You can add upgrades of your choice, as well as choosing from a number of different operating systems including Windows XP,  Linux or Dual Boot combinations of both.  And no, we do not offer Vista.  We expect to begin offering Vista if and when Microsoft ends their beta testing phase and releases a stable version.
